Kurppa Hosk is looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join our team in Stockholm!

In this role, you will work closely with our brand strategists, brand designers, and other highly skilled creatives in our field to develop and deploy outstanding digital brand experiences. As a Junior Digital Designer, you are curious, ambitious, and eager to grow your craft within branding and digital design.

You will support senior colleagues in medium to large-scale digital projects and gradually take ownership of defined tasks and deliveries. You are structured, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve your skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to contribute to projects for some of the world’s leading brands.

You have a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual sensibility, attention to detail, and a clear interest in digital brand experiences.

Main responsibilities

• Support senior designers in digital design projects from concept to final delivery

• Contribute to idea generation and visual exploration

• Translate wireframes and feature specifications into high-quality visual design

• Assist in creating prototypes and preparing presentation material

• Help develop and apply digital design systems across touchpoints

• Ensure visual consistency across platforms and formats

• Maintain high craft standards in typography, layout, motion and interaction

• Stay updated on digital design tools, trends and technologies

• Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines

Qualifications

• Relevant education within design, preferably digitally focused

• 2+ years of experience in digital design (internships included)

• Demonstrated skills in relevant software (e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite; knowledge of motion/prototyping tools is a plus)

• Strong interest in brand identity systems and how they translate into digital experiences

• Fluent in English; additional languages (including Swedish) are a plus
