Kurppa Hosk is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our team in Stockholm!

In this role, you will work closely with our brand strategists, brand designers, and other highly skilled creatives in our field to develop and deploy outstanding digital brand experiences. As a Senior Digital Designer, you confidently lead digital design workstreams in medium to large projects — from initial concepts to fully realized design systems and final delivery.

You take clear ownership of your projects, proactively drive creative development, and ensure that the design solutions we deliver meet both brand and business objectives. You combine strong craft with structured thinking and are comfortable presenting and discussing your work with clients.

As part of Kurppa Hosk, you will work with some of the world’s leading brands that seek true transformation. You are self-propelled, structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative — with a portfolio that showcases visually strong, well-crafted design systems across a variety of digital platforms.

Main responsibilities

• Lead digital design workstreams in medium to large projects

• Develop complete digital concepts and design systems from start to finish

• Translate strategy, feature specifications and wireframes into high-quality design solutions

• Drive creative development within assigned projects and teams

• Present and articulate design decisions confidently to clients

• Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for defined touchpoints, integrations, performance, usability and sustainability requirements

• Secure high craft quality and consistency across all digital deliverables

• Mentor and support more junior designers

• Collaborate across disciplines and actively contribute to cross-agency initiatives

• Stay on top of industry trends and push digital creativity standards

Qualifications

• Relevant education within design, preferably digitally focused

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital design

• Proven experience developing and implementing digital brand identity systems

• Demonstrated skills in relevant software (e.g., Figma, Principle, Framer, Webflow, Adobe Suite)

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Fluent in English; additional languages (including Swedish) are a plus
