Kurppa Hosk is looking for a Brand Strategist to join our team in Oslo!

As we continue to grow our office in Oslo, we’re looking to bring onboard a talented brand strategist who can develop and activate brand strategy projects for our clients, and function as their trusted brand advisor. As a brand strategist at Kurppa Hosk you will be working on projects within business, brand, design and communication strategy. Our deliverables include brand insight and analysis, segmentation, positioning, brand platforms, brand architecture and portfolio strategies.

Your role is to lead complex strategy projects, working in teams with other strategists. You will also collaborate closely with designers, UX designers and account people.

As well as helpful, proactive, eager to learn and ready to pitch in, whether on client deliverables, new business intiatives or internal projects. Main responsibilities:

• Perform qualified research and insight work
• Perform structured data gathering and conduct in-depth interviews with key client stakeholders
• Consolidate research outcomes and draw your own conclusions from the material
• Contribute to the team’s work with your own analyses, reflections and perspectives
• Draft and prepare client presentations
• Contribute to pitch processes and participate in other new business activities

The ideal person: 

• Has a higher education in business, marketing or other relevant field
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and written. Norwegian or Swedish is also preferred
• Great people skills, e.g. you have good listening and communication skills in general, a strong desire to collaborate and are receptive to feedback
