Kurppa Hosk is looking for a Account Director to join our team in Oslo!

As we continue to grow our office in Oslo, we’re looking to bring onboard a talented account director who can help us enable both new and current client relationships to flourish. We are looking for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and a fast-paced creative environment. As the go-to person for both clients and the Kurppa Hosk team, you must be as organized as you are a creative problem solver — and that you enjoy working in collaborative team set-ups with people from different backgrounds and with varying skill sets. You have an evident talent for and interest in working on long-term brand partnerships alongside managing complex project lifecycles from beginning to end, getting the best out of cross-disciplinary teams to create brand experiences that can travel across platforms and create a lasting impact for businesses.

You also grasp the commercial dimension of our partnerships, and how to advise clients through the process of creating meaningful and rewarding brand and business change. A key aspect of this will be the ability to understand and identify the potential for complex, transformative assignments across multiple Eidra companies leveraging the full value proposition of the group. Tangible experience in managing large scale digital projects, as well as larger brand implementations, is also highly desirable.

Main responsibilities:

• Autonomous management of brand strategy, design, digital design and product development projects as well as marshaling transformational workstreams involving cross-disciplinary Eidra teams
• Develop existing client relationships and proactively initiate new projects
• Plan and organize pitch processes and participate in other new business activities
• Prepare, lead and follow up on client meetings, keeping stakeholders informed, internally as well as externally.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams to execute conceptual work and subsequent implementation of defined deliverables; establishing the most viable approach and ensuring that every team member understands their role, tasks and deadlines
• Project planning and definition of project scope and approach, including objectives, deliverables, schedule and budget
• Keeping projects on track and ensuring the delivery of project deliverables on time, on budget and to the highest quality. Report and follow up on Kurppa Hosk's project tools.

The ideal person:

• Has a genuine understanding and interest in solving business problems with creativity as well as a passion for the art and craft of branding
• Experience in a similar role and a track record of successfully managing brand, communication and digital development projects.
• Skilled at getting the most out of diverse teams, maximizing outcomes and enabling effective collaborations
• Is eager to grow further and become a trusted brand advisor to our clients
• Has excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
