The Oslo Office
Our Oslo team consists of 30 designers, account directors, and strategists located in newly renovated offices on Bankplassen in the historical area of Kvadraturen. As we continue to strengthen our strategic offering and grow our international impact, we are looking for a Strategy Director to help shape the next phase of our journey.

The Role

As a Strategy Director, you are a senior leader within our agency. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of our most complex engagements, acting as a high-level advisor to C-suite stakeholders. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and creative excellence, ensuring our work drives real-world transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end strategic process for major brand transformations, from insight and positioning to identity and implementation.

• C-Suite Advisory: Serve as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, navigating complex organizational contexts with authority and professional integrity.

• Commercial Development: Drive business growth by leading pitches and identifying opportunities for long-term expansion within the Eidra ecosystem.

• Professional Mentorship: Elevate the strategic craft across the agency by mentoring junior and senior colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence.

• Cross-Disciplinary Integration: Partner with creative leads to ensure strategic rigor is seamlessly translated into world-class design solutions.

You are a highly experienced (10+ years) strategist who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You combine sharp analytical thinking with professional maturity, and you are as comfortable in the boardroom as you are in a creative workshop. You are ambitious on behalf of yourself and the craft; you seek to contribute to shaping not just projects, but our work environment and internal culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand strategy with a proven track record of high-impact work.

• Extensive experience advising senior stakeholders at the C-suite and Board level.

• Proven ability to drive business development and lead successful pitches.

• Professional fluency in both Norwegian and English (verbal and written).
