The Oslo Office
Our Oslo team consists of 30 designers, account directors, and strategists located in newly renovated offices on Bankplassen in the historical area of Kvadraturen. As we continue to grow our office in Oslo, we are looking for a talented Client Director who can enable both new and current client relationships to flourish.

The Role

As a Client Director, you are a senior commercial lead and a trusted advisor to our clients. You thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced creative environment and are responsible for managing complex project lifecycles from beginning to end. You bridge the gap between business challenges and creative solutions, getting the best out of cross-disciplinary teams to create lasting impact for our partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Develop and deepen existing client partnerships while proactively initiating new projects and transformational workstreams.

• Commercial Leadership: Identify and capture the potential for complex, transformative assignments across the Eidra Group, leveraging our full value proposition.

• Team Orchestration: Lead interdisciplinary teams to execute conceptual work and large-scale implementations, ensuring every member understands their role and deadlines.

• New Business Development: Plan, organize, and lead pitch processes and other strategic business development activities.

• Project Governance: Oversee project planning, scope definition, budgets, and schedules to ensure delivery to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar senior account or client leadership role within a creative or strategic agency.

• A proven track record of successfully managing brand, communication, and large-scale digital development projects.

• Demonstrated ability to advise clients through meaningful brand and business change.

• Strong experience in managing complex budgets and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Professional fluency in both Norwegian and English (verbal and written).
