What this role is about
As a Junior AI Designer at Kurppa Hosk, you’ll support creative teams by producing high-quality image and video assets as well as building simpler workflows using established AI tools and models

You won’t be expected to invent new systems from day one, instead, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving, consistent and creatively strong. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their AI journey who’s eager to learn, contribute and grow in a collaborative creative environment.

The opportunity

• Produce image and video assets for live client work, using AI tools as part of broader creative and communication projects.

• Improve quality and efficiency within set ways of working, refining prompts, adjusting inputs and learning what actually improves results over time.

• Help drive AI adoption at Kurppa Hosk by teaching and inspiring other creatives how they can use AI tools in their daily work.

• Support teams in delivery, handling production-heavy tasks and smaller requests so projects move forward smoothly.

Who you are

• You’re curious and engaged and like understanding how things work, not just getting something out the door once.

• You’re reliable and responsive, people know where things stand when you’re involved.

• You’re comfortable switching between tasks, balancing focused production with quick iterations and fixes.

• You’re easy to work with, you share progress, ask questions early and adapt based on feedback from others.

What you’ll bring

• A creative background in visual design, motion, photography, or post-production, with a good eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.

• Hands-on experience with AI-based image and/or video generation tools and prompt logic (for example Midjourney, Google Nano Banana, Reve, Kling, Veo etc).

• Basic experience with node-based tools such as ComfyUI and with interest in structured AI workflow development.

• Ability to follow established workflows and deliver repeatable, dependable results across multiple assets.

• Experienced in both traditional and AI retouching techniques.

Bonus skills

• Experience supporting or building automation (for example using Claude Code, n8n or similar tools).

• Active participation in AI or creative tech communities.
