Kurppa Hosk is looking for a Designer to join our multidisciplinary team in Oslo.

You will work closely with our strategists, designers, and other creatives in conceptualizing and developing outstanding brand experiences. You should take responsibility for design projects from initial concepts to finished products, with great attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

• Stay curious and strive to innovate. Challenge the given solution.
• Forge and execute exciting design ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identity.
• Generate ideas and advocate for them to clients as well as other team members.
• Stay on top of and collaborate across the agency to push creativity standards and industry trends.

Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant education in design, bridging brand and digital work seamlessly
• A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in design
• Demonstrated skills in relevant software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite) as well as being up to date and eager to learn new software
• Experience working in a brand environment or a strong understanding of brand processes
• User-centered design expertise from concept to final pixel
• Fluent in English; additional languages (including Norwegian) are a plus

The job is located in Oslo, Norway, but we frequently travel to other Kurppa Hosk offices and work with international clients.
